I use one of those sinus rinse things from time to time. I hate them. However, there are times when it's a great thing to have around the house. Besides, it bothers the kids when I use it, however, so that's some consolation. Good luck with those fall allergies! I'm just glad I haven't had to have allergy shots since I was 17-years-old.
